KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we
David Propes, Geo Rumisel, on Our
Bond
Are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the
Sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars, to which payment well and
Truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, our executors and adminis-
trators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our
seals, and dated this 23rd day of March A.D. 1848
THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH,
That whereas a marriage is shorly intended to be solemnized between
the above bound Dav. Propes and Rebecca V
Rusmisel (siter of the above bound George
Rusmisel of Augusta
County; if therefore, there shall be no lawful cause
to obstruct the said marriage, then the obligation to be void--otherwise
to remain in full force and virtue.
